                                             4.取出並將麵團包覆均勻


                           


 


                                          5.滾圓完成待發酵(50分鐘)


                                


 


                                              6.發酵50分鐘後


 


                                  


 


                                              7.分割發酵完成麵團


 


                                            


                                         


                                                      8.將分割完成麵團滾圓後靜置發酵10分鐘


 


                                                  


 


                                                           9.壓平後由中間往上.下兩邊桿平


                                                    



                                                            10.翻面並拉邊(上.下四角壓平)整型
 


                                                     


                                                         


                                                             11.桿捲完成放入模型(需靜置發酵50分鐘)


                                                       



 


                                                          12.再靜置發酵50分後(準備送入烤箱)
